About me
Image of me and Bair

My name is Bruce Norman and I am currently enrolled at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood, Washington. I will soon graduate with two ATA degrees in Web Application Development and Database Information Technology, as well as certificates in Business Systems Analysis and Project Management.

I was born in Rhode Island and spent a majority of my youth there before settling in Washington 18 years ago. I am married to a wonderful woman who deserves a sainthood for putting up with me for 24 years. We have a daughter who just turned 13-going-on-30.

As you may have noticed from the photo, I love dogs. The one in the picture was ornery, overly protective, difficult to train, and loved to bark at anything that moved, but she was my favorite non-person ever.

After I graduate I am hoping to start a new career in Web Design & Development, although I am equally comfortable working with database development and systems analysis.

Drawing
Game Modding

Mods

Creating models for game mods is a natural transition between my work and play. I enjoyed my career in mechanical design and getting to see the drawings and 3D models that I produced come to life. I get the same sense of satisfaction with seeing these models put into a game environment.
I did most of the models and textures for these weapons between quarters over the past year and a half. I'm rather pleased with them. I have additional examples of my earlier works located in the first website that I created in the CIS241 class for my Web Application Development degree.
