Cases

I am adding older assignments from early in my education as I revisit and improve them.

XHTML

This was my first project from my XHTML class from Summer 2012. It was my first web programming class and my first attempt at linked pages. I am pretty happy with how it came out, considering I knew nothing about writing code when I first started.
Central Valley Pottery Studio

JavaScript

Evaluate The Expression This is a very, very simple page that you can use to do simple math problems. Its clumsy and not pretty but nevertheless it was one of my earliest projects, and it works as expected, which is the important part.
Expression Evaluator This project builds on the "Evaluate the Expression" project, looking and functioning more like the online calculators we are all used to using.
Timesheet Project(**Please note, the "Upload Your Hours" button was intentionally left uncoded. The objective of this assignment was to show that for each month you enter, the correct number of days appear)

XML

Here is one of my XML projects from Fall 2012 when I was just getting my feet wet.
Recipes Showing use of attribute lists, style sheets and lists.

This is one I am particularly proud of. It needs a lot of work in terms of appearance but the functionality is what I'm most happy with. It is a pizza ordering website (a mock one, of course!) Please note that if you select a custom pizza, the "Build Your Own" options are deactivated. Also please note that if you scroll to the bottom of the page you can see the total price increment as you add toppings to "Build Your Own" pizzas. Once you order, click on Submit Order to see a summary of your order details displayed via innerHTML.
Pizza Parlor Website

CSS

CSS was one of my favorite classes. My final project was to replicate this brochure. We were instructed not to try to make it identical to the brochure, but to mimic its style, color scheme and message.
