CIS 234 Systems Design and Development

This entire series of classes pertaining to the Systems Analysis and Design are quite fun, but require a lot of work. Individual work is a small part of these classes, and it takes a lot of focus to deal with the group dynamic.

I was fortunate to lead the Team in my 233 class, but with 234, it was more a group leadership effort. We had a great group of people, and had more fun than we really did work. My part of our final project really consisted in development of the working prototype, which we developed in MS Access. Our final project was actually in PHP/MySQL, and eared the team a 4.0 in the class.

Pette is one of the most awesome instructors. I was fortunate to have him for several classes in my time here as Edmonds. If you get a chance to take a class from this guy you should do it. It takes a while to get use to his teaching style, but once you do you can just sit back, learn, and enjoy.
