Portfolio CIS 116 Robert Permenter Summer 2012

Professionally my interests are very vast. I have studied most aspects of systems design and analysis. Whether it academic, or hands on computer information systems has become my life. I am the person who likes to just sit around and “CODE”. Database management and analytics has been one of my biggest loves for some time. The power to know so much using what data you have is just an amazing thing to me.

Personally I love to Garden, and take care of my family. I have 3 dogs, and 2 cats that keep me busy, along with my partner of soon to be 13 years. I have included in the Favorite Links page some of my favorite gardening sites.

We do a lot of home repair and remodeling in fact I just recently went to work for a friend who is in the remodeling business. I love to do thing with my hand and create beauty. I also do some digital photography, but not as much as I would like.

Being an IT person, I spend much of my free time looking at the next best technology, and just keeping myself up to date and educated. Who am I kidding most of my life is spent in front of a computer, but I really love it.
