CIS 161 A+ Hardware Support

This by far was one of the coolest courses ever. Again, it was probably more due to having a wonderful instructor. You can’t get a better person then Steve. In this class you learn about the internal workings of the computer. I came into it with some background, and have built pc’s in before, but no one could have ever told me that I would learn so much more.

I became so completely into this aspect of PC’s that when it came time to write about a component of your choice, I had already decided what my essay would be about.

I don’t really know what else I could say about this course, so here are some links. This first link is so you can read my writing about the”Motherboard” of a computer. This device captured my attention, and for the first time I completely understood the workings. The official Syllabus for this course, and don’t forget to check out the course description also.
