I attended a workshop presented by Work Source. Through 3 days of activities, we challenged ourselves about:

  • who we are,
  • where ones' strengths came from,
  • what innate strengths we have......

  • With a smile in my voice, provided support in hardware, software challenges, by listening, reiterating challenge, walking through to a resolution. Utilizing Remote Assistance provided customer with a hands-on look. Taking another step by documenting challenge for a reference manual.
  • Utilizing project management skills to align assignments, tasks, and class time Managed up to 25 credits a quarter maintaining a grade point average of 3.97.
  • In my Windows Web Server Technology and Security Administration class, developed and produced a document that raised the bar of requirements for this class.
  • As an army brat changed and adapted to a new environment numerous times - Oklahoma, Japan, Puerto Rico, Texas, France, California, Minnesota, and Colorado. No face is a stranger

  • Over 12 years providing service to users in hardware, software arena. As sole ownership, managed software application to include an online presence.
  • Over 2 years at Edmonds Community College achieving an

    • Associates of Technical Arts in Information Security and Digital Forensics, and
    • Certificates: Network Security Specialist, Desktop Support Specialist, Application Support, Technical Support, Operating Systems, and many others
