Organized

I am a very organized person, but I was not born with a natural ability. For me, being organized is to prepare everything in detail. It does not mean that I seek perfection in everything. It means I aware of what I am doing now and understand what I am supposed to do for anything that happens in my life. Being organized is very essential for my life because it helps me prepare for the goal and control my life to focus on a task, furthermore I am able to save the time and energy.

Attentive

In my point of view, attentiveness can be defined as the ability to understand others and considerate of others’ feelings. Attentiveness has given me the awareness of things around. Therefore, I am able to avoid the problem which leads to conflicts and misunderstandings. Another habit that I have developed with attentiveness is listening. I think that listening is the one of most important skills to all human relationships so I always try to be a good listener. I carefully listen to them and show them how I value and respect their ideas and opinions. With attentive listening, I could get a different point of view on things by considering others’ point of view.

Self-starter

I would consider myself a self-starter. I think that a self-starter should have the ability to work without needing to be told what to do and accomplish a task without needing much guidance. A self-starter also has to be willing to learn continuously. I can easily figure out what I am supposed to do because I always write my daily objectives in my journal and planner. I also like looking around to find something that needs to be done and assisting others if there is not much else to do.
