Research and Resolution Specialist:  Trainer and Mentor of new and cross-trained employees for 1-800-STARBUCKS call center, deploying adult learning modules and side by side coaching. Strategic team leader and group point of contact for Hear Music Department.

Credit card charge back administrator and fraudulent transaction analysis. Preformed transaction research and sales audit functions for entire zStarbucks Card team for customer inquiries and disputes. Called customers with transaction results and administered funds as appropriate.

Provided email correspondence for Starbucks.com and Starbucks Card customers. Created email template library and migrated it into Onyx system. Troubleshooting for all Starbucks Websites such as Starbucks.com, and Hearmusic.com.Recommends improvements and corrections on system operations. Provided support for Starbucks Card accounts. Initiated Help Desk work tickets for tech problems with web site and affected departments of technical, systemic, and customer issues.
