Reflections

This class is quite wonderful, because it interests me greatly. I love the things I am learning to do with websites, and am slowly (but hopefully surely) improving my skills with such programing.

I do have two major frustrations.

First, taking this as an online class was the hardest and worst I ever had. For one thing, harsh demands at home made it very difficult to focus on the material and complete assignments in a timely manner. This is not the fault of the course, but of myself in my inability to cope with the added stress.

Second, the lack of function of text material to practical application with modern browsers is very frustrating. To make things worse, when questions don't get answered in a timely manner then I am stuck. One skill that I wish I could improve more on is that of trouble-shooting such issues.

All in all, I do look forward to learning more and gaining better skill at such basic programming. I hope to be able to get back to my usual speed, and much quicker at recognizing typos that mess up coding, by the time I take Web 2.
