- Network Analysis/Revision – Performed a deep analysis of Edmonds cable system, fixing impairments and inconsistencies to raise network integrity from 80% to 99.4%. Documented new additions to the cable system and inconsistencies deemed unfeasible to repair.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Responded to technician and customer reported network issues and damage from extreme weather conditions during normal business hours and after-hours while working on call.

- Documentation/Training – Wrote and distributed documentation for an integral web application used by tier 2 technical support. Delivered training for the same application to new employees as needed.
- Problem Solving/Debugging – Fixed Visual Basic script written for MS Excel to import employee metrics. Management software for employee metrics was updated and would no longer import to Excel before fix.
