We kindly ask that cancellations and schedule changes be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled appointments will be charged 100% of the service. This includes all large parties (5 or more people) and Spa Packages.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to any Spa or Nail service. For safekeeping please leave all jewelry and valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
We recommend clients to schedule their appointments in advance. A credit card will be required for all large group bookings (5 people or more), Spa Packages, and Bridal Parties. Gratuities for individual services are provided at your discretion, while a 18% gratuity will be added to all large parties (5 or more people).
